Head immobilizer

Head Immobilizers feature extra large pillows and are ideal for keeping any patient's head immobilized in an emergency situation. Each Head Immobilizer includes a base with attached straps to secure the spineboard, two large foam pillows and two padded head / chin straps. Immobilizer secures a trauma board with mounted straps and d-rings. The sturdy foam pillows are easily attached to the base of the Head Immobilizer with a wide hook and loop fastener, making them easy to adjust.
