A wooden bar is a very simple but at the same time very effective exercise and stretching aid, without which no fitness trainer, gym teacher, experienced or beginner gymnasts or during pilates or yoga exercises can do. There are hundreds of variants and types of exercises that you can perform with the YS 25 wooden bar , it just depends on your imagination and needs. We offer a beech wood rod with a diameter of 25 mm in five different lengths: 50, 60, 70, 80 and 90 cm. The surface of the bar is in a natural design without the use of varnish.
You can use the YB 25 coupling to connect two rods.
