The Merco Booster neck and head booster is a great supplement for athletes in several sports. Although strengthening the neck muscles is quite unpopular, this special training aid finds its place mainly in gyms and clubs focused on combat sports. You put the set on your head and adjust the ideal size using the Velcro front strap. The inside of this "helmet" is semi-insulated, which makes exercise much more comfortable. The package includes two basic carabiners and a 110 cm long chain. Attach a chain with carabiners and the appropriate weight to the straps ending in a metal eye. The load is not included in the package. Warm up properly before using this device.
