If you need to shape and strengthen the lower part of the body, waist and abdomen, you will use the Waist shape rotary discs 100%. Unlike classic rotary pads, the Waist shape rotary discs are separate and intended for each foot separately. This allows you to set the desired width between the feet during rotation exercises as needed and according to the specific type of exercise. Rotary discs are very light and therefore easily portable. Their rotation is quiet and easy thanks to the built-in bearings. The surface of the steps is pleasant, non-slip, equipped with metal massage balls. There are eyelets on the sides of the discs for possibly attaching expanders to the hand (not included in the package).
