If you need to effectively strengthen the abdominal muscles and the muscles of the upper body, the exercise wheel is the right choice. With the Pro AB set you will progress quickly from beginner to advanced. In addition to the wheel, the set also includes a knee pad and an adjustable elastic band. One end of the belt is attached to the pad and the other is slid into the center of the wheel axis. By subsequently tightening or loosening the belt, you set the difficulty of the exercise. The longer the belt, the more difficult it will be to strengthen. On the belt, the individual steps are practically marked with sewn strips. The most advanced athletes can completely unclip the belt. Two wheels made of solid plastic with a non-slip surface, a steel axis and pleasant-to-the-touch handles guarantee stability and comfort. The knee pad has a plastic base and a pleasant soft foam surface.
